Creditor Fails To Prove Up Contempt For Violating Charging Order In SE Property

A U.S. District Court has held that a creditor failed to prove up contempt for violation of a charging order, where the creditor failed to rebut the debtor’s affidavit giving reasons why transfers from the company to the debtor were valid and did not violate the order.
