Claimed to be the world’s first public “mineable” artificial intelligence (AI) blockchain, THOUGHT, headed up by cybersecurity expert Professor Andrew Hacker that is backed by Harrisburg University, is seeking to make “dumb data” smart and has launched a crowdfund towards fulfilling that goal.
