JP Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon told Maria Bartiromo that he is bullish on the U.S. economy and expects the Fed to raise rates a few times this year. From his point of view, that is a good thing because he is focusing on the reason why the Fed is raising rates (because the economy is improving).
