How to Heal the Healthcare System

We recently received notice that the health insurance premium for my company (MFG.com) is being increased by over 30% for 2013. That is a lot of money to a small business. In fact, our insurance premiums have increased each of the last twelve years since I started the business and the amount of the increase is accelerating. I would rather use that money to grow the business, increase employment and invest in innovation.
