Some Hope Amidst Gloomy Jobs Report

Another sluggish summer: that seems to be the message of this morning’s jobs report from the Labor Department. In 2010 and 2011, strong economic starts fizzled in the summer months, and it appears as if the middle of 2012 could bring more of the same.
