Huabao International, a fragrance and tobacco flavoring producer controlled by billionaire Chu Lam Yiu, this morning issued a lengthy rebuttal to suggestions of financial irregularities by a reported short-seller and said it would resume trading today at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today.
