Pebble Raises $3 Million+ in Four Days, What Kickstarter Means for Entrepreneurs

In Sunday’s post I introduced the Kickstarter project for the Pebble e-paper smartwatch. I said that it was the most successful project ever on Kickstarter based on the trajectory of its growth ($2.6 million in three days) compared to the previous record, the video game, Double Fine Adventure, which raised $3 million in 60 days. Well, it turns out that Double Fine Adventure actually raised $3,336,371 in those 60 days, a threshold Pebble has just crossed in just over four days!
