France lost its precious S&P « AAA » credit rating. This will surely create an unprecedented shockwave but it is a surprise for no one. The markets had predicted it, and rating agencies had warned us long ago of the sword of Damocles hanging above our heads. Next week, France will enter a new era, and the consequences of this even will be dire : higher interest rates, decreasing investments, higher cost of public debt…
