The MF Global bankruptcy proceedings took another spin forward Friday, with the formal resignation of the failed brokerage firm’s entire board following the appointment of Louis Freeh as the trustee for debtors earlier this week, and Congress’ decision to subpoena former CEO Jon Corzine.
