Bitcoin’s price took another step lower late last week on further regulatory scrutiny from the U.S. SEC halting another Initial Coin Offering, reports that Tether and Bitfinex exchange had been subpoenaed by U.S. regulator, the CFTC, and India not considering cryptocurrencies legal tender.
