According to AllThingsD, Snapchat is considering raising another monster round of funding at a rumored $3.5 billion valuation. Kara Swisher and Mike Isaac report that the financing would inject “hundreds of millions of dollars” into the company, placing the lead investor as a “strategic party” from Asia.
