Diners are increasingly dissatisfied with many big, national sit-down restaurant chains, and like fast-food brands better, according to the recently released 2012 American Customer Satisfaction Index. Here’s a look at the top chains tracked by ACSI that ended up at the bottom of the rankings (ties are broken based on past year’s rankings):
