Google’s management and board labored furiously and birthed a ruptured, syphilitic mouse. This is typical Silicon Valley ambivalence, half macho half paranoid. My stock is going to sell at a thousand bucks before yours, but I gotta make sure we never lose control. To hell with shareholders, the silent unwashed!
