As Venezuela’s president Hugo Chavez heads to the hospital once again to face his bout with cancer, investors are already writing the last chapter of Chavez’s political history. Chavez is supposed to run for president again in October 2012, but his health condition could see him bowing out of the race sooner rather than later.
