Where are all the jobs? Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff says his customer relationship management software company’s hiring. So is Apple, Facebook, Google and all the major technology companies in Silicon Valley.  But that’s not indicative of the trend facing the rest of the nation. While Silicon Valley may only represent a small piece of the piece it’s impact is felt nationwide. Our economy is shifting fast into the digital age and America’s workforce is not prepared.
